We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Property Officer to be a valued member of our team. To truly excel in this role, you'll need to have the following:

  • A customer-centric mindset, dedicated to delivering memorable experiences
  • A passion for real estate and a determination to achieve outstanding results
  • A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration
  • A valid driver's licence and your own motor vehicle
  • Preferred experience, though not required
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present yourself professionally
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to perform well under pressure
  • A solid understanding of property management software and relevant laws and regulations
  • A "do whatever it takes" attitude to reach goals and tackle challenges

Your Role and Responsibilities: As our Property Officer, you will play a vital role in the smooth operation of our property management endeavours. Working alongside 2 property managers your responsibilities will include:

  • Efficiently leasing properties and effectively promoting them online
  • Managing the processing of rental applications and conducting tenant background checks
  • Preparing and conducting ongoing inspection reports
  • Coordinating open homes and arranging private viewings with potential tenants
  • Maintaining a comprehensive database of potential tenants, matching them with available rental properties
  • Providing feedback to property owners and managers
  • Supporting your property manager with various daily tasks, including routine inspections, maintenance, rent reviews, and lease renewals
  • Monday to Saturday role with a rostered day off during the week
