As a family-owned and operated business, the company specializes in offering comprehensive lawn mowing and garden maintenance services to the Central Coast community. The range of lawn services provided encompasses everything from routine lawn maintenance to turf installation, lawn irrigation, restoration, and treatment. In terms of garden maintenance, the services include hedging, pruning, weed control, garden irrigation, planting, clean-ups, and re-mulching. The company also extends its services to pressure washing and resealing driveways.

Recruitment Process

  1. Phone interview
  2. successful applicants will be asked to have a one-three day trial.
  3. If we think you fit our model of business and have the work ethic and potential to be trained to use our professional equipment, we will put you on a 3 month probation period.
  4. If we find you suitable for the job, you will be officially employed casually.

Remuneration & Career Growth

As we are only starting to expand beyond a small family business, we are looking for a student applicant who is not dependent on this income, but would rather like to use this opportunity to accrue some extra money on the side, as well as learn a new skill. 

We are also more than happy to have successful applicants stay on long term with us as well if they choose to after graduation.

We are currently providing a casual job opportunity. Number of hours are not guaranteed as this is seasonal work and likely will have more work during faster growth seasons and less in the lesser.

We will be paying according to the Gardener/Landscaper Award according to Fair Work's classification and hourly rate for casuals.

Applicants will have a chance to move up their classification levels in the Award according to their performance and improvement.
