With customer-facing projects, there is not a lot of opportunity for high quality work as there is more focus on budgets and timelines. There is also a lot of tech debt for some projects and codebases that are not up to par with industry standards or practices.

My role as a Cyber Security analyst is to perform Operational Security Services. This includes threat hunting, BAU, threat detection and monitoring, reporting and security tool deployment and management.

My current rotation involves a data role. Most of my responsibilities revolve around working on dashboards and reports in Power BI. Occasionally join in on meetings with some of the teams.

My role, in the sales team as a graduate is quite limited as a certain amount of experience is required to be on the front lines dealing with important (limited) prospects. However, the work I do get are the points that a person with no sales experience is expected to do; set up meetings up with lower tier prospects/customers, produce material to support the sales team by way of research and conversations with internal team members, join in on certain customer meetings to learn and support selling, map processes/journeys and come up with strategies to implement improvements.

My day-to-day responsibilities with the OSS team include resolving BAU tickets, completing daily health checks of our security tools, reviewing firewall rule requests and renewing SSL certificates.

As a graduate, I take rotations among different teams. Depends on the team I am working with, there are different day-to-day responsibilities. For example, when doing rotations with project delivery team, I can work as a Project Manager and manage small size projects from beginning to end.

I feel that my work is valued and there is proper appreciation for the wonderful work I do.

I have worked in multiple teams now for my graduate rotations and right now I am working as a data analyst and analysing the needs for HR department working on Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint and many other tools to provide my analysis and help the team take better decisions on where to improve.

I am working with a technology team to deliver timely service to customers. I am working on both project tasks and operation tasks as well as doing self-learning every day.

As a Graduate Project Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our project management team in planning, executing, and closing projects efficiently. This position is designed for recent graduates who are eager to kick-start their careers in project management. You will work closely with experienced project managers and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of project coordination.

I haven't had too many responsibilities, but where I have, the support has always been there and value from those responsibilities has always been up to me. I get to have expectations of what I want and as long as I communicate that, my leaders try to give that to me. The grad program is a 2-way street.

As a graduate, I will take rotations in different teams based on my preference. Which team I located in will provide me with various day-to-day responsibilities. It gives me chances to get familiar with a variety of Microsoft systems and applications. Apart from day-to-day responsibilities, I have also got involved in some interesting projects and worked on different tasks.
