Corporate Social Responsibility at Cenitex

Really good.

The streams are a huge part of this. I am currently in the gender stream and the reconciliation stream. I have attended events with the Cenitex reconciliation stream group during NAIDOC week to learn more about the culture and history of Aboriginal people.

There used to be an Intergenerational Stream which I was the leader of and has now moved into an advisory role for the D&I Streams. This was about bridging the gap between generations and using our differences to grow

There are often training modules assigned to all employees to help promote awareness and understanding of different diversity and inclusion streams.

There are many ongoing projects which are very interesting and easy to adapt for anyone who has worked a little bit on before or even for fresh starters as well and many new projects are also being singed every month.

Small things like socially responsible catering or stationery suppliers.

Cenitex has 6 Diversity and Inclusion Streams to create an inclusive and equal culture.

I've been of the cultural stream and the new intergenerational stream which tries to make a more accepting and stereotype-averted workplace for all employees from different ages and backgrounds
