Situated in Chifley, Sydney, Care-A-Lot was originally established in 1994 by Valerie Farmer. Her vision was to provide a high quality, affordable learning environment for families in the community. In the 20 plus years that have followed, Care-A-Lot has achieved an excellent reputation and has been the recipient of small business awards. Care-A-Lot attracts staff members who have a passion for early childhood education and who are committed to the culture of our service.
Our experienced team work collaboratively with families to build on each child’s needs and capabilities, encourage their interests, as well as celebrate and extend their strengths. With our smaller class sizes and a higher educator to child ratio rate we are able to provide the individual care needed for each child.
