Interview questions are generally based on the selection criteria and are designed to help the selection panel assess how well you are suited to the position.

Most interview questions are designed to draw out examples of your previous experience and behaviours. This typically involves asking behavioural based questions which require you to provide examples of situations from your own experience, what action you took to resolve these situations and the results you achieved. You may also be required to complete a practical task.

At the end of your interview, you will have a chance to ask the panel any questions you may have relating to the position.
