Recruitment Process

  1. Application (Resume required. Cover letter, quals/certifications preferred)
  2. Phone interview (Generally held within 24-48 hours of application, will take approx 10-15 minutes)
  3. Secondary Phone or face-to-face interview (Allow 30 minutes for completion)
  4. Reference checks (Two required, must be managers or supervisors from within the last three years)
  5. Offer
  6. Onboarding (State-based qualifications/certifications required on file, online induction for all new staff)

Remuneration & Career Growth

  • Camp Australia staff are paid under the Children's Services Award. Our service Coordinators are eligible for an industry-leading performance bonus program for high performers.
