Bupa Graduate Stories

Alma studied a Bachelor of Nursing at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS) and is now a Clinical Specialist in Digital Capabilities.

I would not have achieved what I have in my career if I had not done the Graduate Nurse Leadership Program. I was able to meet and work with so many inspiring Bupa leaders, the respect and opportunity Bupa have given to Graduate Nurses is really commendable.

... I was given the opportunity to become a Care Manager for one of our communities. This transition was met by a wealth of support and ongoing professional development and mentorship.

The program certainly gives you your first ‘leg up’ as you widen your network within the organisation, and identify with people who are similarly passionate about a particular area.

Throughout my journey, I was provided with support, coaching and guidance so as to bring out the best in me as a new Registered Nurse.
