Recruitment Process

The application process requires:

  • CV (cover letter optional), copy of qualification/licence and academic transcript.
  • Candidates will either need to apply online through the above careers link or via Seek and other recruitment platforms.
  • Initial phone screen with HR Business Partner
  • Site walkthrough and casual interview with Warehouse Supervisor
  • Weld test (Boilermaker, 1st and or 2nd class welding roles only)
  • Pre-employment medical assessment

Remuneration & Career Growth

Base hourly rate of a minimum:

  • AUD 37 for boilermakers
  • AUD 32.61 for 2nd class welders
  • AUD 36.67 for 1st class welders

Tool allowance payable for specific roles.
Overtime hours available.
