You will work alongside Owner and Chef Simon Sandall who has extensive culinary experience began more than 30 years ago in London where he worked in some of the city's most high-profile restaurants. After moving to Australia, he held the position of Head Chef of ARIA Sydney and Executive Chef across the entire Morsul Group for 10 years. He is passionate about fresh produce and developing dishes for the new seasons and creating meals for the community of Hunters Hill of which he has been a long term local.
