Recruitment Process

We conduct one round of interview only and will usually move rapidly to offering a position.

We recruit on 'intangibles' or personal characteristics and actively prefer not to have industry experience. Some things we find attractive are:

Active thinking - We prefer people that can adjust on the run or change plans easily, a heavily structured thinker won't like our way of working. We're also fairly fast paced so a while we value attention to detail, being organised and planning, we also value working effectively and doing each job the best way, not just settling on one way of working

Autonomy - We have no set start or finish times, we're all about the outcome for our client. You'll have very little monitoring and nobody micro managing you. In return, ask for help as you need and manage your work, if you like to take responsibility and have flexibility in your day, you'll like working with us

Team player - Culture is king for us. We are very focused on a modern view of professionalism, being casual with a strong view of providing for the business.

Remuneration & Career Growth

We're looking at a starting position with little experience and room to grow. It's negotiable, but approx. $60k annual salary is the starting guide.

Career pathways - In many ways, we won't provide locked-in career pathways, the business evolves all the time so it's about what you like, what you want to do and what the business needs. It's somewhat entrepreneurial and it also comes with opportunities to progress fast if you're willing to take it on.

We've had a new recruit with no experience move to being a director of one of our companies in 4 years. that's somewhat an exception, but most well performing staff are receiving salary increases after the first 12 months. We pay far above regular wages, but that of course isn't given for free. We have a simple philosophy: back yourself and earn it and you can share spoils, if you aren't willing to take that on, we won't hand it to you for free.
