Established in 1998, Blacktown Anglican Child care centre has been a sought after service for many families over the past 22 years. Owned and Operated by Blacktown Anglican Church, BACCC strives to serve their local community in everything they do. Our long daycare centre offers 59 places per day and on average we operate at 99% capacity. We offer a waiting list and try to accommodate the needs of our families, aiming to provide them with enrolment as soon as places become available. Our business is a not-for-profit, community-based service and is governed by an Advisory Committee who meet every two months to discuss the running of the service.
Set within the heart of Blacktown CBD, we are conveniently located within walking distance to Westpoint, Trains, Buses and Francis Park (aka Blacktown Showgrounds). We are surrounded with high quality private and public schools which offer us the ability to assist families with a smooth transition to school after leaving our service.

We firmly agree and believe that children's lives are characterised by belonging, being, and becoming, as outlined in the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF). We utilise the EYLF document alongside the National Quality Framework to exceed the 7 Quality Standards and provide outstanding quality programs. We ensure our quality improvement plan is a living document that guides our everyday practices where reflection is embedded in everything we do.
