Bellevarde was established in 1980 with a goal to build architect-designed houses as well as they could be built.

During the last four decades, buildings built by Bellevarde have received 35 AIA awards, have been awarded House of the Year on more than 16 occasions and have received no less than 161 industry awards.

We offer our apprentices an opportunity to work closely with skilled qualified tradespersons and site management, and gain valuable knowledge on all aspects of high-quality building and craftsmanship whilst delivering Australia's finest residential homes.

We have an extremely high rate of staff retention, many staff have been with us for more than 20 years. You will have the opportunity to grow within the company.

Recruitment Process

We would like candidates to email their CV along with a cover letter. One of our site managers will call the shortlisted candidates for a quick chat, then organise for them to visit 2-3 Bellevarde sites to get to know what is expected.

We are looking for candidates with the following attributes:

Attention to detail and quality
Ability to communicate effectively
Willing to undertake practical and manual labour works
Willing to work in a safe manner, and maintain a safe and clean work environment
Enthusiastic, good attitude, and willingness to listen and learn
Ability to follow instruction
Willing and able to travel to different sites
Able to work with others in a team environment
A genuine interest in building, and a desire to further develop their skills and knowledge

Remuneration & Career Growth

Apprentices are paid according to the Building and Construction General On-Site Award.
Admin and management positions are paid above Award rates, generally negotiated based on individual skills and experience.
Remuneration is reviewed at the end of probation period then annually thereafter. Promotion timelines are dependent on individual skills, talent and performance.
