BearChildCare Centres are located at Beverly Hills, Roselands and Miranda, and have always been/currently are all rated Exceeding National Quality Standards. Recruitment Process

Steps in our recruitment process include:

Send CV through which we will follow up with 5-10 phone interviews to assess your communication skills
30min interview
1.5hr working trial on the floor with Team and children to showcase your passion and your skills
Meet with BearChildCare Director for 2nd interview and appointment offer

Remuneration & Career Growth

New entrants are paid an award rate
Increases occur July and January yearly depending on skill level improvement
Annual Performance reviews offer feedback and opportunities to remain at the centre, promotions or opportunities within the BCC group locations
