The Bails Paw Organisation is know providing up to date science proven training methods to the Macarthur Community in a fun way. Their walking team is done by those who are trained up and have a knowledge about animal behaviour. The difference between them and other organisations is the want to always learn more, which means they can help their clients in the best way.
The Recruitment Process
The Application needs to be emailed to info@bailspaw.com.au with the subject of their name and Application. The Application needs a CV, cover letter and 3 references.
The first interview will be done through zoom, the interview will run between half-hour and 45 minutes. If successful from that they will be offered a in-person interview which will involve some prac.
Successful Applicants show an interest in Animal Behaviour and are able to follow instructions. They also need to show initiative in their roles.
Staff begin at Voluntary but quickly if showing they are the right position for the role will then be a paid casually. As they develop more and more skills while working at us, the staff members are offered more roles and more opportunities.
All Staff are offered discounted classes and sessions.
