Recruitment Process

The following recruitment process is followed at AVlink:

  1. Letter of application submitted for review
  2. Phone interview
  3. Face to Face interview with Director including basic testing
  4. Reference Checks
  5. Pre-employment medical
  6. Letter of Offer and Inclusions.

Remuneration & Career Growth

AVlink follows the MA000010 Manufacturing and Associated Industries Award as a general salary range. This is negotiable dependent upon experience.

There is an opportunity to travel based on the need to visit job sites in regional NSW
