From there one of their management team will be in touch to schedule a phone interview. This usually goes for around 10 minutes and is about getting to know the candidate, and to ensure they are able to meet the specifics of the role.
Once the phone interview is complete, they schedule a face-to-face meeting, in which you come in and meet the management team, and tour the service.
If successful they offer the position to you, and organise a time for contracts etc.
Atchison Cottage pays above award wages, and conducts performance reviews 6 monthly, or upon the requests of educator.
