Recruitment Process

As Around the Clock Care services all of greater Sydney, we seek to recruit from its far reaches.

We place advertisements requesting information about education, experience, place of residence and availability.
We short list candidates after reviewing CV's and make phone contact for a brief over the phone check list chat.
Those candidates that meet criteria are offered a physical interview.
