The steps in our recruitment process:
• Application: Please send a CV and cover letter to our team at reception@arkvets.com.au
• Phone interview: Our recruitment coordinator will contact any applicants that may be suitable for the role over the phone to ask a few preliminary questions about your reasons for applying for the role, your suitability and your availability
• In-person interviews: Appropriate candidates will be asked to attend a two interviews in the clinic. The first interview is with the recruitment coordinator and the manager of the practice to ask more in-depth questions about your suitability for the position and about your background. If suitable, you will be asked to return for an additional meet and greet with the rest of the team to assess cultural fit and give the rest of the team an opportunity to ask further questions.

Salaries are determined in accordance with the Animal Care and Veterinary Services Award, with considerations based on experience able to determine additional benefits.
Permanent staff can expect additional benefits including discounted pet care for their fur family and access to products and medications at distributor cost.
The opportunity to progress and receive promotions and pay rises are based upon 6 monthly performance reviews and are reflective of talent and contribution to the clinic.
