Recruitment Process

Typical recruitment process for a Casual Swim Teacher is as follows;

Candidate applies via website or email, including CV and cover letter detailing which centre you are seeking employment at.

Centre coordinator liaises with candidate and can offer a phone interview, an in-water trial and a follow up phone call to review trial.

If successful, candidate will  attend a one day Swim Teacher qualification course, and complete in water training hours, which will be back paid upon employment.
