Our recruitment process is comprehensive to enable ourselves and candidates to evaluate the right fit and ascertain commitment levels early on. The process has 4 stages and shortlisting is conducted at each interval. Phone screen, first interview, psychometric assessment and second interview. Candidates who are successful after second interview stage will be asked to provide details of three professional referees and these can include university referees.
Graduate salaries vary slightly depending on which part of the business they are applying - service, projects or development.
Service and project graduate positions pay a base salary of $58K + super + company car >>$70K
Development roles pay a base of $63K + super
