Recruitment Process

The steps in the recruitment process are generally: 

  1. Application: please send a CV detailing relevant professional experiences and education. A cover letter stating the candidate's professional objectives would be appreciated. 
  2. Phone interview: a fifteen-minute phone interview will then be organised with selected candidates. This will be held with the company General Manager. 
  3. In-person interview: an on-site interview in one of our warehouse spaces will be held. This is generally run by the General Manager as well as one of the sector leads (Manufacturing, Engineering, Service and Maintenance). 

Teamwork is at the core of the business and successful applicants are to demonstrate that they have the capacity to work within a diverse team of experts. Candidates need to prove that they are willing to take responsibility and support the development of the business.
