We are also committed to helping you manage and coordinate an NDIS plan which helps you achieve your goals. We will work with you to deliver the support you need in the way that you want it.

Recruitment Process

Hiring process:

  1. Submit CV
  2. Phone screening  (at least 5-10minutes)
  3. If you are shortlisted, you will be invited for a final interview in person or online.

Mandatory requirements:

  • NDIS Worker Check
  • First Aid Certificate
  • CPR Certificate
  • Drivers License (at least P2) or International Drivers License (required only for Community services)
  • Comprehensive Car Insurance (required only for Community services)

The above is not required at the start of the application; however, it is mandatory before commencing work.
