Recruitment Process

  1. Submit the application online which should include a CV or Resume
  2. Suitable applicants will be contacted by telephone for an initial discussion
  3. Face to Face interview with Hiring Manager(s)/Recruitment Team
  4. Behavioural Interview Questions
  5. Suitable applicants undergo Medical and Reference Checks are undertaken
  6. Suitable applicants are then made a Verbal Offer followed by a Written Offer

Successful Applicants for our Operations will have all or some of the following

  • Industry Experience
  • Arboriculture or Horticulture Qualifications
  • MR/HR Truck Licence
  • Experience operating a Chainsaw
  • Elevated Work Platform (EWP) Ticket
  • Experience working outside

We are often in a position to bring in less experienced people into the organisation and provide appropriate training.

Remuneration & Career Growth

  • Operations Staff is paid under the appropriate Award for their State or Territory. Entry-level roles typically pay $30 per hour.
  • All PPE is provided.
  • As an organisation wherever possible we promote from within.
