Their experience and knowledge meet a personalised, caring approach to our client's therapy needs, to help them get the most from their NDIS plan. As registered NDIS providers, they offer mobile therapy services throughout Sydney, Wollongong and the Sunshine Coast.

Active Ability is committed to providing the highest standard of care. Their highly qualified, expert and caring team will consider what their clients want to achieve from their NDIS therapeutic supports. They then assist them to accomplish their therapy goals by providing a tailored treatment plan. They use a best practice, evidence-based, multidisciplinary approach to help their clients achieve their goals.

Recruitment Process

Steps in Active Ability's recruitment process:

  1. Application (include their CV, cover letter)
  2. Phone call from HR to collect more detail on applicants CV (10 minutes)
  3. Group interview - in person - questions will be based on selection criteria Psychometric or aptitude test (1-1.5 hours)
  4. One-on-one interview + skill assessment (30min 1:1 interview + 30min skill assessment). Skill assessment on data processing utilising Excel, Word, and Client Software System.
