Recruitment Process

The recruitment process at Abano Healthcare is as follows:

Initial Discussion with Recruitment Partner: After applying for a position, you will be contacted by an in-house recruitment partner. They will conduct an initial discussion about your career experience and expectations.

Competency Skills Form: You may be required to complete a competency skills form, which helps assess your skills and qualifications relevant to the position.

Matching Skills, Your Requirements with Practice Requirements: Your recruitment partner will then communicate with the practices within Abano Healthcare to discuss how your skills align with the career requirements. They will help arrange interviews if your qualifications match the needs of the practice.

In-Person Interview with Practice: If selected, you will have an in-person interview with the practice. This interview is likely to delve deeper into your skills, experience, and how well you fit within the practice's culture.

References and Background Checks: Upon successful completion of the interview process, you will need to undergo references and background checks. These checks are important for verifying the information provided during the application process.

Working With Children Checks (WWCCs): In some states, additional checks such as Working With Children Checks (WWCCs) may be required, especially if the role involves working with children or vulnerable populations.
