The service and maintenance of BMUs (Building Maintenance Units) on high rise buildings
Visiting various sites along with qualified technicians to perform troubleshooting, identifying issues and servicing of heavy machinery equipment
Delivering preventative maintenance works in accordance with planned schedules
Attending breakdowns and emergency call outs
Operating BMUs and inducting clients to drive and operate BMUs.
Be polite & courteous all the time with seniors & team mates during on & off-site jobs
Reviewing tasks to be completed & liaising with our technical team on the status of tasks
Working closely with service & maintenance teams including engineers and people at all levels of the building/sub-contracting industry
Participate in training programs where Senior technicians teach safe operating procedures to new operators
Help Senior technicians in preparing WHS, SWMS and QA documentation
Regular documentation of all tasks, using service management software and completing associated paperwork
