Recruitment Process

Our recruitment process is a structured journey designed to match candidates with suitable job opportunities while providing support and guidance throughout the hiring process. 

Depending on the initial contact method, we like to touch base for an initial phone screen and/or online interview to assess a candidates background, qualifications, experience, skills, career goals and suitability for available positions. 

Once we have a clear understanding of a candidates profile and preferences, and feel they would make a great candidate, we start matching them up with current and/or future jobs opportunties with our clients.

If we feel the candidate may be suitable for a particular role, we then provide the candidates profile to our client for interview consideration. If instructed by the client to arrange, we continue communication throughout the entire procecess, providing guidance and support, including interview preparation, feedback collection, and follow-up discussions.

If a candidate is successful in a client interview, we assist with any reference checking, skills assessment testing, police and visa checks, and negotiations including salary, benefits, and other terms.

If, and once an agreement is reached and an offer of employment or employment contract is signed, we also help throughout the placement process, continuing to provide support and follow-up with both the candidate and the client to ensure a smooth transition and address any issues that may arise.

3C Consulting work with a range of Clients who require support in various areas including Business Support & Administration, Call Centre & Customer Service, Banking & Finance, Retail and Sales roles. Remuneration can often depend on the level of skills, experience and expertise you can bring to the business, but it also needs to allign with company budget restrictions and allowances. 

With that said, and again depending on the role and company, there are always prospects for career progression in any position, but sometimes a role is what is required to run effective business operations, but with dedication, committment, productivity and becoming a valued team member, there is always potential for doors to open in the future!
