ABOUT THE ROLE

Supporting the fellowship

• Video creations
• Support in the development and execution of client presentations
• Support the Xinfu leadership team in developing scripts and films
• Support the fellowship with business development research and provide support to the various projects the Aus and global Xinfu fellowship are developing.
• Support the Xinfu leadership team on corporate, general and administrative duties in relation to the Australian business.

Brand Development

• To support the development of the Xinfu brands
• To support the development of Xinfu IPSupporting marketing initiatives
• Working closely with the Social Media and Operations Managers in the development of organic content for Xinfu and all associated brands

Event Development

To work in partnership with our clients and Operations Managers to set up and develop incredible events, by:
Developing and organising the most exciting and sustainable venues globally (where our practitioners operate and run events with clients) to support our clients working in partnership with Xinfu to run events

Looking into the best partners for Xinfu to work with in order to bring the events to life in new and dynamic ways (i.e. lighting, graphics, onsite animators, practitioners)

Be involved in technology and film support to ensure the highest grade quality recordings are achieved.

ABOUT THE CANDIDATE

At a basic level:

• A degree in digital film making (arts) is preferred - otherwise business, psychology, humanities/social sciences, or law (we value left-field thinking!)
• In-depth experience of digital technologies and tasks including G-Suite, Zoom, recording high quality live audio, film editing software (application of choice), sourcing public domain and legally compliant stock footage and directing in a dynamic and creative environment
• Personal transportation
• Willingness to work outside hours occasionally.
• On a personal level:
• Able to perform tasks at hyperspeed
• Agile and adaptable thinker to ever-evolving challenges
• Team player who believes in the camaraderie and power of the collective
• An entrepreneurial mindset and aversion to micro-managing

START DATE: ASAP, or to be negotiated with the successful applicant

Conditions: Commencing on award wages for a 3-month probationary period after which the successful candidate will be reviewed.
