The Opportunity

We are seeking a recent graduate Mechanical Engineer to join our team. 

Working closely with the Lead Mechanical Engineer to assist in design assembly and construction of mechanical equipment and piping systems. 

To be successful in your application we require a highly motivated individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a methodical approach to work.

Requirements:

• Current C Class Drivers Licence.
• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical). 
• Ability to understand & perform process and mechanical engineering calculations.
• Familiar with AutoCAD / AutoCAD Plant 3D (generating engineering 3D models and drawings)
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, standards and regulations including piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&ID), equipment datasheets, pump curves etc.
• Excellent computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook). 
• Methodical approach to work.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Well-spoken with good communication skills
