Your role

Worley is looking for Civil Engineering undergraduates in their penultimate year of study to join their paid 12-week summer internship program running from November 2024 to February 2025.

What you’ll do

  • Assist with analysis of track condition data;
  • Assist with assessment of design alignments for track renewals;
  • Assist with project reporting and administrative support;
  • Assist with geotechnical modelling using FEA; and
  • Assist with checking of drawings comments and amendments.

About you

What you’ll bring

To be considered for this role you will need to be undertaking a recognized, relevant engineering degree or equivalent that will lead to registration as a professional Engineer and be in your penultimate year of study.

Requirements

  • Some knowledge of technical and practical civil engineering skills.
  • Some knowledge of the fundamental requirements of civil engineering, and the basic requirements of other engineering fields.
  • Developing skills in civil engineering-specific software.
  • Competent in the use of relevant software such as MS Office.
