SUMMARY OF DUTIES Summary of duties
- Service of Govt. contracts, other public sector clients, specifiers, and corporate clients
- Achievement of set Sales Budgets
- Investigate prospects for new business
- Follow up of potential leads in conjunction with other sales personnel
- Identify customer needs
- Build a mutually beneficial and ongoing business relationship with the customer
- Service the accounts – brochure and product updates etc
- Assist other branch employees wherever possible
- Update of Specifier's Library
- Telephone sales and enquiries
- Preparation of quotes & tenders
- Attend On-Site Installations when required
Skills/Experience required:
- Excellent Presentation
- Product Knowledge
- Computer Skills (Word and Excel)
- Good interpersonal skills
- Self-motivation
- Self-management
