Your role

As a Product Development Graduate, you will work full-time permanently based in the Norwest Support Office. You will develop a broad range of skills and capabilities across the end-to-end WFC business, that will enable you to progress in the future to becoming a Product Developer and a key asset within WFC. You will work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure products meet the sustainability, quality and organoleptic standards. You will be responsible for planning the product development pipeline and executing projects such as understanding and applying the Product Development process, applying the directional frameworks and also supporting the product development leads to research, scope, create, source and deliver a product end-to-end.

You will be exposed to a number of areas linked to the following learning outcomes:

  • Creating and informing an own brand-tiered product strategy
  • Developing Own Brand products of the highest quality that customers love
  • Developing Own Brand Products in line with the Product Development Process
  • Developing Own Brand Products in line with the Brand Guidelines and Directional Frameworks
