Your role

In this 2-year program, you will rotate across Property Development (retail and non-retail), Property Management, Asset Management and Network Planning teams. From on-the-job training to regular graduate workshops, the program aids in the development of commercial and retail property-based skills.

• Involved in delivering the best property network for their customers and communities  
• Opportunity to assist in the negotiation of supermarket leases with their partner landlords
• Work on a diverse range of development projects (Retail, Non-Retail and Mixed Use) from feasibility to delivery
• Assist in the management of their existing diverse property portfolio (Retail, Non-Retail, Mixed Use, Office, Commercial, etc.) and to assist with asset disposals
• Develop fundamental property, commercial and business partnering skills
• Learn from a team of experienced property professionals

Training & development

The Woolworths Property Graduate Program has been successfully operating for the past 2 decades and offers new and recent graduates within a two-year graduate role in our dynamic Woolworths Property team which is responsible for the acquisition, development, leasing and property management of our fleet of over 3.500 supermarkets and distribution centres.

About you

Requirements: 

• Candidates will need to have completed a Bachelor of Business or Commerce (Major in Property), Property Management, Construction Management or Real Estate
• They are especially looking for candidates who work in the stores or are referred by current team members, but this is not a requirement. 
• The role is primarily based in our Norwest Head Office in Sydney. Candidates not in Sydney are welcome to apply but may need to relocate if successful.
