Your role

• Is experienced by customers on over 29 million visits in-store and online each week
• Makes their  200,000+ team members more productive every day
• Automates their stores, online delivery, and warehouses with technology
• Leverage analytics to drive insights into everything we do

You’ll also have the opportunity to join their team as they become ever more agile and responsive to the changing needs of their customers.

Training & development

In 2018, Woolworths Group launched their Technology Career Framework, allowing their Team Members to take charge of their careers using resources such as Career Maps, Success Profiles, Job Profiles, and a Self-Reflection Tool that is based on the skills framework for the information age (SFIA) competencies, and Personal Development Plan offerings - all unique to Technology! Join their 2-year program based in Sydney as a graduate to gain hands-on experience and make a real difference in their stores, supply chain operations, and support offices.

About you

Key education:

• Bachelor of Information Technology, Computing, Computer Science, Information Systems or Business, Commerce, Engineering, Science or Design with a major in IT
