Pay has been frozen since I started at the company. Received a bump in Jan 2017 to bring my salary in line with other incoming graduates. There is no bonus structure and no scheduled annual increase of graduate remuneration.

Initial salary was sufficient and relative. Upscaling when working away (i.e. rotational FIFO) is also sufficient. However, an increase in responsibilities that are outside of the role description has not seen equivalent increases in pay rates.
