About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a suitable qualified Landscape Designer to undertake, design and draw all Landscape Plans as required for approval and construction.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Undertake face to face client consultations to create Pools & Landscape design concept plans
  • Prepare detailed Pool & Landscape plans consistent with client, council and developer requirements
  • Ability to produce Statement of Environmental Effects (SoEE) as required
  • Maintain Vectorworks database with up-to-date templates
  • Continuously improve and review the Landscape Plan drawing set with regards to appearance and functionality
  • Coordinate and liaise with other internal departments to resolve project-based issues
  • Prepare Pool & Landscape plan amendments and updates as required by clients, internal stakeholders, councils and developers
  • Review hydraulic plans and make necessary changes to Pool and Landscapes Plans
  • Ensure Pool and Landscape plans are compliant with DA conditions of consent, and make amendments as required

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Microsoft Office - intermediate
  • CAD Programs (Vectorworks)
  • Planswift (desirable)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Knowledge of CAD Programs (Vectorworks)
  • Understanding of Council and CDC requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
