Located in Brighton, Wills & Wealth is a leading suburban law firm with a focus on estate planning, probate, and conveyancing.

We are looking for a talented law student to assist with:

• General clerical and administrative functions; and
• (With appropriate supervision):
  • drafting of powers of attorney and wills;
  • probate;
  • conveyancing;
  • litigation file management;
• Marketing

The role suits someone with great attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills.

Wills & Wealth was created 9 years ago following the amalgamation of two of Brighton’s leading and oldest estate and probate law firms. We employ three lawyers, two conveyancers, and a law graduate.

We have a modern (and fun) approach to business and you will enjoy our very collegiate team and the fantastic office location just off wonderful Church Street Brighton.

We are looking for someone who can work 2 + days a week. You will have direct contact with clients and be invited to participate in meetings and interviews. So it is a "hands-on" role and a wonderful learning opportunity.
