Progression beyond your Graduate year

We are seeking Accounting Graduates to join our Tax team!

We are looking for superstars to join our team in January 2025, but are flexible to have you start part-time whilst you finish your degree!

Our Restructuring & Insolvency team assists businesses, lenders and shareholders in the middle-market facing insolvency or bankruptcy to restructure their operations and prosper! As part of this team, you will:

  • Prepare reports for creditors.
  • Trade-on management, including preparing of budgets and forecasts.
  • Investigating, analysing and reporting on corporate and personal financial affairs.
  • Sales of property, plant and equipment.
  • Drafting advice to lawyers and assisting with legal proceedings.
  • Preparing insolvent trading and voidable transaction recovery actions.
  • Liaising with creditors, employees, business owners, agents, lawyers etc.
  • Ensuring compliance with statutory and ethical guidelines.
  • Internal cash management and record keeping.
  • Exposure to many different industries and diverse groups of people.
