Have you considered a career in Restructuring and Insolvency? 

A unique opportunity 

This is a niche, dynamic and ever-changing division to work in where you’ll get real hands-on exposure to all things restructuring and insolvency including:

  • Preparation of reports to creditors
  • Trade-on management, including preparation of budgets and forecasts
  • The investigation, analysis and reporting on corporate and personal financial affairs
  • Sales of property, plant and equipment
  • Drafting advice to lawyers and assisting with legal proceedings
  • Preparation of insolvent trading and voidable transaction recovery actions
  • Liaison with creditors, employees, business owners, agents, lawyers etc
  • Ensuring compliance with statutory and ethical guidelines
  • Internal cash management and record keeping
  • Exposure to many different industries and diverse groups of people

In this team, no two days are the same, and that’s one of the things that make it so exciting!

We are looking for a recent Graduate who has:

  • A keen interest in a career in restructuring/insolvency/turnaround/bankruptcy
  • A desire to work towards CA and ARITA qualifications – we’ll support this with financial assistance and mentoring opportunities
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
