The main reason for choosing William Buck is that I see clear opportunities to progress in this firm.

I hear that promotions usually happen quickly - I've been told I'll go from Graduate to Intermediate within about 1-2 years, so it sounds like it is reasonably fast to move up the hierarchy.

There are clear paths towards promotion should you want to stay here long term as long as you are continuing to grow and develop in your role.

At the early career stages I think they focus on people who put in the effort and who are willing to learn.

For vacationers there is the incentive of being offered a part time role after the program ends, and a graduate role upon completion of my degree. I believe graduate offers will be given to those who display a desire to learn.

You can progress every year but you have to be dedicated.
