Again, being new I don't know all of the intricacies, but I do know they are committed to improving. Depending on what sort of diversity you're talking about, they are quite diverse. A lot of unique cultures and nationalities (a lot from Brasil). They are working to increase gender and aboriginal representation.

Visagio is a company from Brazil and they employ a lot of employees from different ethnicities and they really encourage diversity. Currently, we are trying to find female software developers to increase diversity in our softdev team.

Visagio's metrics are above market average and it is an active objective of this semester to focus more on that. We even started a new internal group to discuss specifically diversity topics.
