You'll support the recruitment goals of Virgin Active by finding, attracting and recruiting high performing and happy talent over an 8-week period. It's about creating an incredible candidate experience.
In a nutshell
- You'll write and post job ads to relevant job boards
- You'll shortlist and pre-qualify suitable candidates
- You'll identify and connect with suitable passive talent to discuss opportunities with Virgin Active
- You'll maintain talent pools in a way that keeps candidates engaged with our brand
- You'll provide recommendations to hiring managers on candidates suitable for interview
- You'll coordinate interviews for hiring managers
- You'll collect feedback from candidates and provide recommendations to continuously improve the candidate experience
- You'll provide reporting on vacancies and recruitment status.
- You'll coordinate and attend recruitment related events
All about you
- You have +2 years of administration experience (and ideally some familiarity with job boards like Seek and LinkedIn)
- You have aligned experience. You know what it’s like to work with a high-profile consumer brand
- You are people focused. You get a kick out of making everything work behind the scenes to create an incredible candidate experience for people.
- You are self-assured. You write well. You speak eloquently.
- You are driven. You’re perceptive, you ask questions and you strive to understand. You enjoy working at pace. You don’t get flustered easily
- You have a can-do approach. You think on your feet. You’re cool with ambiguity and you roll with the punches when things change. You’re motivated to find top talent.
