Your gig

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you’ll connect people to a gym membership that empowers them to live happily ever active.

In a nutshell:

• You’ll understand peoples’ goals, buying criteria and decision-making processes to form a genuine and long-term relationship with them.
• You’ll provide people with relevant solutions and recommendations to help them achieve their goals.
• You’ll deliver warm and genuine interactions where queries and feedback are handled effectively.
• You’ll create a flawless experience for each new member by providing a non-intimidating sign-up process and a thorough set-up to ensure they have a smooth first visit. 
• You’ll identify and gain new members through daily activities like prospect and retention calls, community activations (always loads of fun!) and following up leads and referrals.
• You’ll get a comprehensive four week induction to set you up for success and ongoing product and sales training ensure you optimise your results.
• You’ll be empowered to manage your own time and can be counted on to reach your targets.

• You’re passionate about fitness, patient, level-headed and cool under pressure 
• You’re comfortable on the phones and get a kick out of hitting and exceeding targets. 
• You‘re comfortable communicating at all levels. You’re curious and love to learn about people so that you can come up with prescriptive solutions to kick start their fitness journey. 
• You’re a team player. You love voicing ideas with your teammates. People can count on you to offer a helping hand. A+ for you. 
• You’re able to work full time (38) hours on a rotating roster
