Every person, no matter the level on the hierarchy have shown understanding, respect and unity in relation to diversity and inclusion. We have a diversity and inclusion council and employee resource groups (4 or 5 I believe) that are available for staff to join to be involved in the areas of diversity they wish to help grow and support.

The office is very diverse. Maternity leave is good. Staff turnover appears to be high, however. I'm not high enough in the ladder to understand why.

We have multiple programs to attract indigenous employees and younger people from lower socio-economic backgrounds.
