Your role

Working with the world's largest and most recognised music catalogue, our Artist Development Coordinator will be assisting in creating, finding, developing, growing, and maintaining audience and fans for our International Artist roster – always looking to maximise engagement to create revenue and awareness for our artists and company.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and content creation support to the immediate team.
  • Help coordinate day-to-day partner/programmer/tastemaker pitches for streaming services and will partner with our labels/managers/artists to develop marketing campaigns that strategize the best course to market for their releases.
  • Drive creator growth and product engagement in partnership with the wider team.
  • Generate innovative social and digital communications for our artists and their supporters across the roster.
  • Create online & offline communities, drive audience engagement, engage the target market and respond to changes in the marketplace to best represent artists.

About you

Here’s what we are looking for in this role:

  • Tertiary qualifications in media and communications, arts, digital production or relevant area preferred.
  • Experience in Social media management of platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • High level of creativity, innovation and enthusiasm; and the ability to drive business priorities to business partners.
  • Highly motivated and organised
  • Superior relationship, communication and problem-solving skills, ensuring effective relationships across other business units.
  • Understanding of general engagement data from Music and Social Platforms
  • Skilled in Adobe editing suites or other video editing platforms preferred
