Your job role will involve the following;
- Inbound sales - You will handle inbound B2C, B2B and B2G enquiries. Your job is to consult and provide a good solution to the product they are enquiring about. This will be done over the phone, via email, over virtual platforms (such as Zoom or Teams) and potentially face to face.
- Account Management - Your job is to manage client accounts moving forward (post sale) and you will be their direct point of contact for everything they need post course, whether that be assistance with courseware, exams, bookings, certificates, invoices, payments etc.
- Account Management 2 - You will be a business's point of contact in all future deals associated with that organisation to try and maintain a healthy working relationship.
- Sector Management - Once you progress you will be in charge of a specific sector within the AU/NZ market. This will involve lead generation, meeting arrangements and rapport building.
