The Opportunity

We are looking for an enthusiastic Educator to join our new team in Oatley. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for:

• Making children laugh while learning!
• Create a stimulating, positive and fun environment for the children
• Ensure learning and development are aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Standards
• Implement and evaluate programs indoors and outdoors
• Writing observations and analysing children's progression and development
• Develop strong relationships with children and effectively communicate with parents and carers

Skills & Experience

• Enjoys getting creative with children
• Plans fun and educational experiences
• Someone that can make everyday fun and excite for the children!
• Diploma/ Bachelors/ Working Towards Bachelors
• Experience working within a childcare setting
• Enthusiastic and career-oriented
• Understanding of the EYLF and NQF
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Being proactive within the centre and learning environment
• Able to work in a team environment
