Undertaking a certificate 3 or 4 in commercial cookery, this apprenticeship with The Garden Bar & Kitchen will provide emerging chefs with fundamental skills through on-the-job experience and training. Learn the fundamental skills and develop your knowledge whilst building your resume at one of the Mid North Coast’s most prestigious restaurants and wedding venues.

About you:

• Strong interest in the hospitality industry and a desire to learn and grow as a chef
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Proven ability to work within a group environment and autonomously
• Impeccable grooming and presentation
• Ability to work a rotating roster including weekends
• Must be eligible to work in Australia
• Must be at least 16 years old
