We are looking for a Head Barista to join a small knit team in a great venue. You will create consistently amazing coffees while providing high levels of customer service to all clientele.

About the Role
- Make coffee and tea to a high quality and appearance
- Continuously deliver informative, professional service
- Take orders and enter in POS
- Ensure standards of excellence are achieved regarding customer service, staff presentation and grooming
- Beverage stocktake and ordering
- Lead by example and mentor and guide new colleagues
- Help and support the team on the floor and in the bar when required
About You
- 1-2 years as barista/supervisor
- High level of coffee machine knowledge and the proven ability to train and mentor other baristas
- Exceptional knowledge and passion in making all types of espresso coffee
- Latte Art
- Supervisory experience is highly regarded
- Experienced and motivated about working in a fast-paced busy environment
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
- Must hold valid RSA
- Full Valid working rights in Australia
- Available to work on weekends
- Available to interview ASAP
- Rates: Monday- Friday $30.68/hr Saturdays $36.81/hr Sun:$42.95
